- Are there setup fees?
- No. We set your community up with you and import your resident roster from a spreadsheet at no charge.
- Do residents pay anything?
- No. The community’s plan covers every resident, household member and staff member.
- What about online dues payments?
- They’re on the way. Until then, you can link the payment portal you use today, and residents open it from the app.
- We’re a management company.
- Each community you manage is 20% off its plan, with more off from 10 communities. Every community gets the portfolio view across them all.
- How do we count homes?
- Lots or units in the association. For a stand-alone club, member households.
