These terms cover your use of StoopOS, the apps and website your community uses. By using StoopOS you agree to them.

Your community runs its own rules

Your association or club sets its rules, fees, booking limits and who can use what. StoopOS provides the tools; questions about the rules themselves go to your board or manager.

Your account

• Use your own account and keep your sign-in secure.
• Keep your information accurate.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Be a good neighbor

• Don’t post anything unlawful, harassing, or that shares someone else’s private information.
• Neighbor services are arrangements between neighbors. Neither StoopOS nor your community vets, employs or endorses anyone listed. Meet first and check references.
• Your board can remove listings and posts that break the rules.

Payments

Fees and deposits are set by your community and paid to it. Until online payment is available, your community’s office records payments.

Availability

We work to keep StoopOS running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Don’t rely on it as the only way to get emergency information; follow official emergency services.

Limits

StoopOS is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions your community makes using it.
